The pattern conveyor belt is composed of belt body and pattern part. Due to the different materials transported and the inclination angle of conveyor, the shape and height (depth) of the pattern are required to be different. The commonly used patterns are as follows:

人字型花紋

Herringbone pattern

特征：帶面上有高于帶體的“人”字型花紋，花紋可是開口也可是封閉的，每一種花紋又可分為高、中、低三種。

Features: there is a "human" shaped pattern on the belt surface which is higher than the belt body. The pattern can be opened or closed. Each pattern can be divided into three types: high, medium and low.

用途：適用于≤40度傾角的粉狀、顆粒狀、小塊物料輸送、也可輸送袋裝物料。

Application: it is suitable for conveying powder, granular and small pieces of materials with inclination angle ≤ 40 degrees, and also can transport bagged materials.

條狀花紋

Striped pattern

特征：帶面上橫有高出帶體的條狀花紋，花紋分為高、中、低三種，每種花紋按排列間距可分為疏、密等形式。

Features: there are strip patterns on the belt surface which are higher than the belt body. The patterns are divided into three types: high, medium and low. Each pattern can be divided into sparse and dense forms according to the arrangement spacing.

用途：適用于≤30度傾角的水平輸送包裝物。若在成槽情況下，可代替人字型花紋。

Application: it is suitable for horizontal transportation of packaging materials with inclination angle ≤ 30 degrees. If it is grooved, it can replace herringbone pattern.

粒狀花紋

Granular pattern

特征：帶面上有高出帶體或凹嵌入帶體的粒狀花紋，也可將凹坑制成方孔形或棱形和布紋形。

Features: there are granular patterns on the belt surface that are higher than the belt body or concave embedded into the belt body, and the pits can be made into square hole shape, prism shape and cloth pattern shape.

用途：凸粒狀花紋適用于軟包裝物或需有抓著力的物料輸送（如紙板箱）或無滑動輸送。

Application: the convex and granular pattern is suitable for conveying soft packing materials or materials with grasping force (such as cardboard box) or no sliding conveying.

凹坑形粒狀花紋適用于≤45度傾角的粒狀物輸送。

The concave granular pattern is suitable for conveying granular materials with inclination angle ≤ 45 degrees.

扇形花紋

Fan pattern

特征：帶面上有呈半扇形（或1/4圓型）花紋。當(dāng)膠帶成槽時花紋合擾成扇形（或半圓形）、屬高花紋類。

Features: the belt surface has a half fan-shaped (or 1 / 4 round) pattern. When the tape is grooved, the pattern is fan-shaped (or semicircular) and belongs to high pattern type.

用途：適用于≤60度大傾角輸送粉、顆粒及塊狀物料。

Application: it is suitable for conveying powder, granule and block material with angle ≤ 60 degrees.

花紋輸送帶具有使用范圍廣、占地面積小、無轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)點、減少土建投資、維護(hù)用度低、輸送量大等特點。其廣泛用于煤炭、礦山、電力、冶金、化工、輕工、食物等領(lǐng)域輸送物料。

The pattern conveyor belt has the characteristics of wide application range, small floor area, no transfer point, less investment in civil engineering, low maintenance cost and large conveying capacity. It is widely used in coal, mining, electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry, light industry, food and other fields to transport materials.
