1. The installation steps of scraper conveyor are as follows:

　　1)準(zhǔn)備安裝工具，清理安裝現(xiàn)場，培訓(xùn)安裝人員，確定刮板輸送機(jī)頭、渡槽、中渡槽、調(diào)整渡槽、連接槽、尾渡槽及尾部的安裝位置，并做好標(biāo)記。

　　1) prepare installation tools, clean the installation site, train the installation personnel, determine the installation positions of scraper conveyor head, aqueduct, middle aqueduct, adjustment aqueduct, connection aqueduct, tail aqueduct and tail, and make marks.

　　2)采用從機(jī)頭到機(jī)尾順序安裝的方法，一個零件一個零件的安裝。將機(jī)頭底座置于規(guī)定位置，安裝在機(jī)頭上，與渡槽連接。

　　2) adopt the method of sequential installation from head to tail, one part one part installation. First, put the head base at the specified position, install it on the head, and connect with the aqueduct.

　　3)將刮板鏈穿過渡槽與鼻部底鏈槽的鼻部空間，置于鼻部鏈輪上。所連接的刮板鏈斜置于機(jī)器通道上，剛好處于開底溜槽的空間位置，以便在底鏈逐步擰緊時進(jìn)入底鏈通道。

　　3) put the scraper chain through the nose space of the transition groove and the bottom chain groove of the nose, and place it on the nose sprocket. The connected scraper chain is inclined on the machine channel, just in the space position of the bottom chute, so as to enter the bottom chain channel when the bottom chain is tightened gradually.

　　4)將斜槽分段安裝在導(dǎo)水管通過處，將底鏈分段緊固，進(jìn)入底鏈通道;如果是底蓋溜槽，在安裝溜槽時，刮板鏈應(yīng)逐步通過底鏈槽，直尾部到達(dá)渡槽。

　　4) install the chute section at the passage of the water guide pipe, fasten the bottom chain section, and enter the bottom chain passage; if it is the bottom cover chute, the scraper chain shall gradually pass through the bottom chain passage until the end reaches the aqueduct.

　　5)將尾座置于規(guī)定位置，將底鏈穿過尾座的底鏈槽穿過渡槽，將尾座安裝在渡槽上;經(jīng)過鏈通道底部的尾巴,尾巴安裝部分,繞過尾輪,拉鏈?zhǔn)降拈L鏈到飛機(jī),結(jié)束與刮板鏈鏈輪的飛機(jī),并形成一個封閉的連續(xù)刮板鏈。

　　5) place the tailstock at the specified position, pass the bottom chain through the bottom chain slot of the tailstock through the transition slot, and install the tailstock on the aqueduct; pass through the tail at the bottom of the chain channel, the tail installation part, bypass the tail wheel, the zipper type long chain to the aircraft, and end the aircraft with the scraper chain sprocket, and form a closed continuous scraper chain.

　　6)在溜槽支架上安裝“T”形螺栓，從機(jī)頭到機(jī)尾安裝擋煤板、鏟煤板、牽引導(dǎo)軌等附件。

　　6) install the "t" bolt on the chute bracket, and install the coal baffle, coal shovel plate, traction guide rail and other accessories from the head to the tail.

　　7)依次安裝頭部錨固裝置、渡槽、中間槽錨固裝置、尾部錨固裝置。

　　7) install the head anchorage device, aqueduct, intermediate trough anchorage device and tail anchorage device in turn.

　　8)敷設(shè)電纜、乳化油管、水管、通訊、照明、控制管線系統(tǒng)。

　　8) lay cables, emulsified oil pipes, water pipes, communication, lighting and control pipeline systems.

　　9)對減速機(jī)、液力耦合器、鏈輪油腔按規(guī)定的油質(zhì)和油量加油。

　　9) oil the reducer, hydraulic coupling and sprocket oil cavity according to the specified oil quality and quantity.

　　10)檢查安裝質(zhì)量，鏈軌雜物，試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)前進(jìn)行調(diào)整。

　　10) check the installation quality, remove the sundries from the chain rail, and adjust before the test run.
