1、給料方向應(yīng)順膠帶的運轉(zhuǎn)方向，為減小物料下落時對膠帶的沖擊應(yīng)采溜槽，減小物料下落間隔;膠帶受料段應(yīng)縮短托輥間距和采用緩沖托輥為漏料，帶順應(yīng)采用柔軟適度的擋料板，以免檔料板過硬，刮破保送帶的帶面。
